My laptop is screaming right now and has been for a few minutes. It is set on mute. What is that?

It's obviously seen something scary.... you been naked on camera or something? Lol, just kidding, it's probably glitched and is playing a sound and the Mute option has not been recognized, restart your computer, that should fix it.
