What is the value of my Englehard Silver Bar?

It has a large "E" symbol in front of a globe logo, is it done i the vertical manner, meaning you look at it like a portrait. It says "1 Troy oz Fine Silver 999+" Under that it says Englehard again in a sort of frame. It has a serial number saying "FA 23355". ON the back it says Englehard again over in over in that frame. It looks to be tarnished, I'm unsure what that means. As a side note: I also have a 1922 Silver peace coin. Any ideas on that?
